Home Inspection prices

The cost is determined by the square footage of the home and they are:

Single family homes of less than 2,000 square feet inspection fee:  $275

2,001 - 2,250 square feet:  $285

2,251 - 2,750 square feet:  $300

2,751 - 3,000 square feet:  $325

3,001 - 3,250 square feet:  $350

3,251 - 3,500 square feet:  $375

3,501 - 3,750 square feet:  $400

3,751 - 4,000 square feet:  $425

4,001 - 4,250 square feet:  $450

4,251 - 4,500 square feet:  $475

4,501 - 4,750 square feet:  $500

4,751 - 5,000 square feet:  $525

5,000 + square feet or commercial inspection please contact our office for details.

Condominium or town home:

$250 (If home is under 1,500 square feet and no exterior inspection.

Duplex/Triplex/Quads:

Refer to square footage chart and add $50 for each additional unit.

Re-inspections:

$125 (Within 90 days of our companies original inspection)

New construction:

Phase 1 (pre-slab up to 2,500 square feet) $175 ($10 per square foot thereafter)

Phases 2,3, and 4 - refer to square footage chart (pre-drywall and frame inspection, final punch list inspection, warranty inspection)

Exterior inspection:

$300

New construction:

$110 per hour

Re-inspection $95 per each additional hour

FHA foundation inspection:

$225

Insurance letter:

$95 (or $35 if done with inspection)

Four point inspection:

$225 (heating, A/C, electrical, plumbing and roofing)

Hourly charges:

$150 for the first hour (includes reports and photos if required)

$95 per hour thereafter
